I have always had a passion for supporting people to heal and flourish. This led me on the path to become a qualified counsellor in my 20s.
I have many years of supporting people not only as a counsellor but also in the Health and Social Care sector.
Alongside running my private practice I have worked as a counsellor for many Mental Health Organisation in Bristol. One included working on a project where we provided counselling sessions using a CBT approach in older people's homes who were facing problems such as loss of confidence, worry and isolation. Another on a Self-Injury support line.
